We will be performing network maintenance starting Monday, February 28, 2010. The purpose of this maintenance is to implement a few changes to our core network which will help stabilize our routes in the event of one of our peers is experiencing an outage or performing network maintenance. The window will run from 12:00AM MST until 03:00AM MST. These changes should not affect connectivity to the network.

We will be performing this maintenance between the hours of 11:00pm and 4:00am MST on 01/27/11 (Thursday). Our team will will be making network modifications and expanding network capacity. This upgrade will provide better latency and speeds. Of course, while we will take every precaution to minimize the impact, you may experience intermittent connectivity issues for short periods of time up to 5 minutes.

Element server will be receiving a hardware upgrade tomorrow, Wednesday 01/04/11 between 10am-12pm EST.
There will be 10-30 minutes of downgrade for this upgrade.

We are currently experiencing issues with the Tiburon Server, we are working to resolve the issue and hope to have it resolved shortly.

UPDATE – The server is back up and running. We are currently looking into the cause of this issue.

The purpose of this maintenance is to make some routing changes to our core network in order to optimize traffic through our upstream providers.
