ALL ACCOUNT HAVE BEEN RESTORED AT THIS TIME. Please contact support team if you are encountering any issues.

Update: Hardware is now in place and server being reloaded. We should be able to begin restoring accounts within a couple of hours. Our apologies for the extended delay

There has been a multiple drive RAID array failure on the shared boxster server.

We are working our hardest to restore this server. We will be able to restore data from our most recent back up of last Sunday (08/04).

If you have a more recent back up that you would like us to use for your account, please open a support ticket and provide us with your back up file.

Currently, we are rebuilding the RAID array and will start to restore accounts in about 4 hours.
