Our Network Operations team will perform a planned Network Maintenance on Wednesday October 26 from 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Mountain Standard Time (MST) to 8:00 a.m. MST. This maintenance is another step in our efforts to keep improving the performance, reliability, and security of our network. Our Network Team will be replacing 2 of our edge routers with more powerful devices in order to help improve network performance and capacity.

To properly perform this maintenance, we will be shifting traffic away from the devices in question in order to prevent long periods of connectivity problems. However during the maintenance window you may still see short periods of intermittent connectivity issues.

Our Network Operations team will perform a planned Network Maintenance on Wednesday October 12 from 12:00 a.m. (midnight (MST) to 10:00 a.m. MST.

This maintenance is another step in our efforts to keep improving
the performance, reliability, and security of our network. Our Network Team will be adding a new core router to enhance the connectivity you receive.

To properly perform this maintenance, we will be moving clients to the new device during the ten-hour window. As such, short periods of intermittent connectivity will occur. To mitigate the duration of any disruptions, we will only move a small number of clients at a time. A planned maintenance on the Phoenix network will take place on Thursday, September 22 from 12:00 a.m. to 5 a.m. MST

This maintenance is another step in the process to upgrade our network, and during this five-hour window, some customers may experience periods of intermittent connectivity.

We shall be performing a network maintenance in our Phoenix date center to replace a device in the core network. We shall be taking all the necessary steps to reduce the impact, however customers might experience intermittent connectivity issues for the duration of the maintenance.

The Maintenance shall take place Thursday, September 15th 2011 between midnight and 5AM MST.

We are having issues with the Belair Server at the moment, we are working on a resolution. Currently there is no ETA. We will update as soon as we have it resolved.

***UPDATED***
We had a hardware failure on the RAID Card for Belair. We have replaced the card and the server is back up and running as it should.

***RESOLVED****
We have resolved the issues with the email server on Maybach.

We are experiencing issues with the email server excepting passwords when trying to send or receive emails. We are currently working on this issue.

We will be performing an emergency network maintenance starting Thursday, June 2, 2011. The purpose of this maintenance is to bring online one of our ISPs back into the blend. The window will run from 1:00AM MST until 03:00AM MST. During the maintenance you may experience intermittent connectivity problems for up to 15 minutes.
