Our PHX data center is currently experiencing some network difficulities. Our engineers are working on the issues. We will update when more information is available.

ATL Data Center – Network Issues

We are experiencing some network issues with one of our Providers in the Atlanta Data Center. Our Network Team is working on resolving the issues. We will update as soon as we resolve the issue.

PHX Data Center EMERGENCY Maintenance

We will be performing emergency network maintenance starting Thursday, July 1, 2010. The purpose of this maintenance is to bring up a failed redundant link. The maintenance window will run from 10:00PM MST until 12:00AM MST. You may experience up to 5 minutes of intermittent connectivity issues during that time. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact support.

Server Moves for Wed 08/19/09

The servers listed below, are scheduled to move tonight between the hours of 2AM-10AM EST. Please expect an outage during the move that we anticpate to be 2-3 hours. As per our earlier announcement no action will be required on your part. Our NOC staff will be checking all servers and services as well as spot checking sites after the server comes up as well as closely monitoring the alert system. While we do not anticipate any problems, we would appreciate it if you would look over your sites at the end of the maintenance window to insure there are no issues that we missed.

Hey guys!

The first round of servers have been moved over and are ready to go. See below for the list.

Again, this is a complex move, and while we anticipate smooth sailing (so far so good) we are asking you all to give your sites a quick once over to ensure everything’s working normally.

Here is the list of servers. If you’re not sure what you’re on, you should have gotten an email earlier today with that information. If you had not gotten that email yet, you can probably expect it tomorrow since many of them are going over then:

Data Center Move Update

Certified Hosting will be starting our move to the new data center location across town on Monday Aug 17th.
We will be sending out individual notices as to when you server is going to be moved.
