This is to notify you of an upcoming a scheduled upgrade and maintenance to our support/ticketing/live chat system.

As always, to keep interruptions at a minimum, we will be performing this maintenance on Saturday, September 29, at10:00pm PSTthrough Sunday, September 30th at7:00am PST.

During this window, our live chat system will NOT be available.  You can submit support requests by going to the normal support portal located at https://support.icertified.net

There will be a basic support form you can submit for any department.  Your request will be sent to our temporary system while the upgrades are being completed.  As always, telephone support is available for general support.
