We will be performing network maintenance starting Friday, July 30, 2010. The purpose of this maintenance is to bring up one more ISP back online as part of our BGP blend. The window will run from 02:00AM MST until 05:00AM MST.

This is a no impact maintenance, but if you experience any problems please feel free to contact our support team.

We will be performing network upgrades on Sunday, 7/25/2010 between the hours of 2 AM and 8 AM EST. While we do not anticipate this to be customer affecting, there may be one or two very brief interruptions (less than 2 minutes) while major components are rebooted after the upgrades.

We will be performing emergency network maintenance starting Thursday, July 1, 2010. The purpose of this maintenance is to bring up a failed redundant link. The maintenance window will run from 10:00PM MST until 12:00AM MST. You may experience up to 5 minutes of intermittent connectivity issues during that time. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact support.

We will be performing scheduled netowrk upgrades and maintenance. As always, to keep interruptions at a minimum, we will be performing this maintenance between the hours of 07:00am and 9:00am EST on 06/22/10 (Tuesday). Our support team team will be performing switch maintenance. Of course, while we will take every precaution to minimize the impact, there will likely be downtime for 10-30 minutes during this maintenance window for the reboots.

We will be performing this maintenance between the hours of 11:00PM MST until 07:00AM MST on Wednesday, May 26, 2010. The purpose of this maintenance is to shutdown our Limelight Networks peer due to a maintenance window they have scheduled. This maintenance should not affect your services as we will shift all traffic to our other providers to avoid any connectivity issues.

On Monday, May 24, 2010 we will be performing a power infrastructure upgrade at our Phoenix facility.

During this time our network team will also be installing Automatic Transfer Switches in all cabinets to allow for increased power reliability and serviceability.

The upgrade will occur between 11:00 p.m. on 5/24/2010 and 5:00 a.m. on 5/25/2010 (Pacific Standard Time). During this window your server will be temporarily inaccessible. However, utmost care has been made to keep this maintenance window brief, and provide you with as much advance notice as possible.

As always, to keep interruptions at a minimum, we will be performing this maintenancebetween the hours of 11:00pm and 3:00am MST on 05/18/10 (Tuesday). The purpose of this maintenance is to restore our redundant links between the PhoenixNAP DC and DRT DC. You may experience up to 5 minutes of intermittent connectivity issues during that time.

On Sunday Morning 3/14/2010 we will be performing an upgrade on it’s capacity which feeds the ring in which your server/servers reside. During this upgrade there will be a 1-2 minute bounce while the migration process happens however impact should be minimal as we move your services to the backup connection prior to the upgrade.
