A scheduled maintenance window will occur on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 from 11:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) until 2:00 a.m. MST on Wednesday, January 18. During this three-hour maintenance, our Network Engineers will be adding a switch blade to each of our core routers to provide additional port density for future network growth. Please note that this maintenance should not affect your services with us.

A maintenance window will take place at our Phoenix data center from 11:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on January 1, 2012 to 2:00 a.m. MST on January 2. The purpose of this maintenance is to bring additional circuits from some carriers within our facility into our bandwidth blend. This should result in increased capacity and added redundancy to each of our existing carriers.
Please note that this maintenance should not affect your services. However if you notice any problems during the maintenance window please feel free to contact us.

Sunday December 11, at 11:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST), with an projected completion of Monday December 12, at 2:00 a.m. MST. During this maintenance our network engineers will introduce a new primary core router to the network, as well as move a portion of our client base over to this new device. As mentioned before, the addition of this core router is another step towards improving our network performance, stability, and throughput. Please note that during this maintenance some clients may see intermittent connectivity issues through-out the length of the maintenance.

We will be performing scheduled maintenance at our Phoenix data center on December 1 from 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time.

In our ongoing efforts to provide you with the best network experience and service, our network engineering team will perform a network maintenance on Thursday, November 17 2011 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST).
The purpose of this maintenance is to add an additional backend core switch in order to increase our back-end’s network capacity. In addition, we will be moving some of the existing switch uplinks over to the new core switch. This network maintenance will not affect Internet public traffic, unless services depend on back-end connections. Please note that each switch will take a few minutes to complete and downtown per switch will be intermittent through the maintenance time frame.

Our Network Operations team will perform a planned Network Maintenance on Tuesday, November 1 from 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Mountain Standard Time (MST) to 7:00 a.m. MST. In our ongoing efforts to improve performance and availability of our network we recently added two new more powerful edge routers. During this maintenance we will be shifting some traffic to these new routers, and bring online two more carriers for additional capacity. This maintenance should not have significant network impact, but you may see some intermittent connectivity problems or some latency during the seven-hour time frame.
